Job Description

Currently, a data entry specialist is required. To read source documents, enter data into specified fields, or store data onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, you will use keyboards and scanners. It will be your responsibility to identify any issues with the data by comparing the verification format data to the original source documents. You must have the ability to manage several jobs at once while maintaining a keen eye for detail if you want to be successful as a data entry specialist. We require a hard worker who excels in interpersonal communication. The requirements include independent work, a hunger for information, and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

  • answering calls from customers and helping them through any issues they may be having.
  • maintains strict adherence to data entry deadlines. abides by data entry efficiency standards
  • Verify the correctness of the supporting evidence and get any necessary revisions.
  • typing on a computer keyboard to input characters, dates, and numbers in the correct displays.
  • makes sure that all required payment information entered into internal systems is correct. up-to-date information whenever it’s required.
  • Follow all of the rules and regulations outlined in your employee handbook.
  • The ability to pass a drug test, criminal background check, and fingerprint background check is required.
  • Propose changes to stakeholders and customers to improve process efficiency, flow, and service.
  • superior verbal and written communication skills with team members and upper management
  • Implements and maintains standard operating procedures, including the completion and filing of all required new hire paperwork.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and navigate difficult interactions/escalations.

  • Use word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs to show off your computer talents.
  • Superb proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially word processing and data input.
