Job Description

The Coordinator provides first-rate accurate, efficient, and timely customer service to assist supervisor, manager, and other team members with all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, communications, risk, resources, quality, costs, and change management.

Qualifications:

  • With the help of a Project Manager, Project Coordinators are responsible for the project’s logistics. You could, for example, collaborate with your coworkers to develop a project schedule, establish objectives, and identify the materials needed to finish the project.
  • Once organizational knowledge and skills are developed, willing to execute modest tasks alone with limited oversight.
  • Schedule meetings as requested, assist with agenda formulation and distribution, and document and publish minutes.
  • Maintain the project repository and ensure that any outstanding deliverables and clearances are completed.
  • Assisting in project risks assessment and proposing solutions where applicable.
  • Maintain project plans by recording task changes including progress and completion dates, updating resources, updating work segment plans, and executing other directed updates.
  • Ensuring that projects adhere to frameworks and that adequate documentation is maintained for each project.
  • Maintain project schedules and status reports on a weekly basis.
  • Tracking tools and logs, such as change control, problems logs, decision/action logs, and risk management, must be updated and maintained.
  • In addition to re-forecasting, acquiring new estimations, and adjusting the spent-to-date, financial support is needed for the project’s financials.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of operational risk management and quality assurance control is required.
  • Using MS Office programs with proficiency (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to function in a changing work environment are required.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Coordinator or similar support role on risk management, operational, and technology projects. Specifically: managing project resource schedules, project calendars, risk logs and resource plans; supporting key meetings (scheduling, agenda distribution, minutes);
    INSERT INTO `wp_randomize` (`randomize_id`, `category`, `text`, `visible`, `user_id`, `timestamp`) VALUES maintaining project financials; updating status and progress; posting and storing materials and artifacts; and maintaining tracking tools and logs (Risks, Assumption, Issues, Decision)
  • Flowcharts, timelines, and step-by-step action plans are all examples of this skill.
