Qualifications:

• Make sure you have a good rapport with the company’s top executives so that you can aid them with their business requirements An in-depth examination of financial controls and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Involve yourself directly in the development and maintenance of a complete work cost management system. Evaluate and advise via long-term planning, looking at new programs and initiatives, and regulatory measures.
• With the help of senior managers, departments may move farther in their objectives and plans. In order to meet present and future customer demands, accounting and finance managers must clearly and succinctly communicate their organization’s major driving forces.
• Work with a wide institutional view and an open mind to change and innovation while bringing enthusiasm and enthusiasm for the organization’s work. Models and analyses that detect significant trends, enable strategic decision-making, and generate future visibility should be shown via a portfolio of previous work.
• Utilizing in-depth financial analysis and good commercial relationships, drive change inside the organization. Strategically engage with affiliates to advance the financial success of each customer. Create the forecast, budget, and long-term plan while ensuring the right allocation of resources.
• To protect the firm and assure compliance with financial and tax regulations, strengthen, monitor, and enforce a strong internal controls environment and correct financial reporting systems.. Risks in all commercial and organizational aspects may be anticipated by working closely with other departments.
• Make sure financial and tax accounting is done correctly and on time (both for business and non-profit organizations), in compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations, oversee yearly audits in a timely manner with little or no changes, Create and maintain internal control mechanisms to protect assets.
• You’ll be responsible for tasks including keeping track of monthly operational, capital, and project expenditure deviations from goals, forecasts, and results from the prior year and finding chances for cost-cutting.
• Manage all aspects of the company’s finances and accounting. Financial performance may be managed by making projections and comparing actual results to the plan. Responsible in a fiduciary capacity for the company’s financial well-being.
• To provide management with insight into revenue and operational expenditure trends and to keep track of project expenditures, headcount, and any risks/opportunities to forecast or plan, create reporting tools (bridges, scorecards, etc.).

Skills:

• Effectively manage Accounting and Finance experts to accomplish the required objectives; Capability to create connections with executives to improve corporate performance.
• Experience managing all aspects of finance, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash, and banking connections, with over a decade of experience in leadership positions with ever increasing responsibilities.
• After analyzing and synthesizing massive amounts of data, the capacity to locate and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations. Knowledge in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. Capability to direct teams in the construction of complex models.
• Expert in competitive strategy, business models, and resource allocation, with a track record of strategic thinking and issue solving. Analytical skills and a data-driven mentality are required. Accomplished track record of team formation and development A person who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities, verbal and written communication skills, the capacity to work cooperatively in a cross-functional team context, the ability to take the initiative and exercise sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
