The billing analyst is in charge of providing correct and timely invoices. They will provide the necessary data to guarantee that consumers are appropriately invoiced in accordance with the planned timetable. They will examine any data alignment issues and fix anything that stands in the way of a successful charge. They will assist the organization with procedures including reporting checks, risk assessment, and improvement implementation.

Qualifications:

• Every week, review the time sheets. Inputting monthly financial data Requesting and managing consumer refunds Every month, verify that the studio billing is accurate. Help with monthly SOX reporting is needed.
• For the purpose of verifying Verizon’s payments to its business partners, submitting bills that have been verified to the management for approval and payment.
• Creating guidelines for rating and rev share that adhere to the conditions of the contract, Managing partner inquiries and disagreements while supporting your conclusions with evidence and study.
• New product/partner stack and payment/receivable systems are being examined for automation opportunities.
• Involvement in the growth of the company and exploring cutting-edge financial digital technologies, such as RPA, NLP, and BlockChain
• Manage every part of the client billing cycle, from the start of the project to the last invoice. Prepare monthly billing packets using accounting software for account team evaluation. Send bills to client accounts payable in accordance with client policies and with the required documentation. Reconcile client purchase orders and budgets with billings. Watch over the AR and WIP to make sure they’re up to date, and proactively fix any problems.
• Involved in project kick-off meetings, as well as the preparation and implementation of appropriate contracts.
• For Cost Reimbursable, T & M, Fixed Price or Fixed Unit Price contracts, complicated invoices are prepared and sent on a monthly, bi-monthly (or frequent) basis, detailing amounts owing for products bought or services done.
• New contracts, contract changes, accrual status, and any adjustments needed to create and submit correct invoices are determined by the project manager in consultation with financial analysts.
• Stakeholders such as product marketing, sourcing, and accounting should work together to better understand the structure and function of new products, contractual circumstances, and how to best advice on Cost Assurance requirements and launch preparations.

Skills:

• The capacity to analyze big amounts of data and transform it into useful information is a strong suit for this person.
• 3 years or more of experience in basic billing or accounting (advertising industry experience preferred but not required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that cut across many different professions and levels of the industry.
• The capacity to multitask and make informed decisions while juggling many tasks of differing priority and deadlines is essential.
• Working in a setting where deadlines are strict necessitates having the capacity to pick things up quickly and manage your own workload.
