As a Visual Designer, your role will be to assist in the creation of high-quality design deliverables for use across all channels, both online and offline, and to take responsibility for tasks that contribute to the long-term health of our Design system. The Design and Marketing departments will benefit from your input, which will have an immediate effect on Company’s brand identity. At each level of the design process, you’ll collaborate closely with a seasoned team of Designers to plan, sketch, and carry out the essential tasks, and you’ll have access to any external resources you might need to fuel your imagination.

Qualifications:

• The design team may be able to increase overall understanding of brand guidelines and current design trends through collaborative efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and content teams to provide a premium, polished, and best-in-class message.
• You should be responsible for the site’s learn and shop user experiences. This encompasses a wide range of activities, such as promotion of products, promotion of sales, general merchandising, and daily updates.
• Construct style guides and design standards that are easy to execute for engineers.
• Maintain timely, high-quality service in an agile product environment.
• Have a broad range of experience and a strong understanding of users to recommend UI features that meet the needs of customers.
• Support, communication, course adjustments, and modifications should be offered throughout the development stage.
• Demonstrate your familiarity with visual and interface design principles, as well as usability and accessibility considerations.
• Integrate strategies for digital and traditional media, as well as email, collateral, mobile, experiential, and other channels.
• Construct innovative, eye-catching visual designs and pixel-perfect, industry-leading user interfaces.

Skills:

• spearheading the creation of comprehensive and adaptable digital design systems
• It is quite advantageous to have a portfolio that showcases a range of recent mobile experiences. A sophisticated layout that is both basic and beautiful.
• expert-level familiarity with web/mobile usability guidelines and UI standards.
• Knowledge of the layout and technological potentials and constraints of modern email and browser technology.
• A minimum of two to three years’ expertise in user interface and visual design at a digital agency or in-house product team.
