The Executive Chef is in charge of the main kitchen, banquets, and culinary staff. The Executive Chef leads by example and develops restaurant employees. They oversee food preparation, manufacturing, and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities, ensuring fresh, attractive, appropriately flavored dishes while concentrating on food costs.

  • It’s important to be able to communicate successfully in the working language(s). Must be positive and on the hotel’s Leadership Committee.
  • Two years of experience as an Executive Chef Proven abilities in the culinary arts, including a track record of keeping on top of current trends in the industry; Maintains the highest standards of the firm while putting its principles into action
  • Being able to work well with others and solve problems is important. A lot of experience managing and training chefs and service staff in restaurants. A great work ethic: on time, reliable, willing to work with others, and focused on the team.
  • Prior proactive team member management experience A knowledge of nutrition is preferred. A drug test and a background check are required.
