Qualifications:

  • Sponsorships, ticket sales, and marketing & promotions should all be highlighted on the team’s own social media channels. Work on community connections and non-baseball sponsorship in addition to baseball.
  • Help make and update content calendars that include major themes, day-to-day content, events in the industry, and other hot topics.
  • Strategize on given projects, establish important messaging or value propositions, and then convey results to the rest of your team.
  • Analyze, quantify, and report on engagement, tracking weekly and monthly success across various customers. Monitor and optimize social advertising efforts everyday.
  • Make advantage of your understanding of audience demographics to devise new tactics to promote your company on the most prominent social media networks.
  • Educate each division’s social media practitioners on the latest social media platforms. For specialized missions and other outreach efforts, it is necessary to generate content for the transmission of regional and policy objectives.
  • Having a good sense of timing and the ability to work effectively in a team are two of the most significant qualities needed for this job. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • All facets of social media administration, including copywriting and publishing.
  • Makes use of timelines and planned content in order to provide a steady flow of fresh material for audience engagement, all the while evaluating, maintaining, and modifying schedules as required in order to maximize the number of visits.
  • Assist in the development and conception of social material for clients, as well as in the creation and implementation of such content.

Skills:

  • comprehensive familiarity with social media platforms and reporting tools, visual design software, and a working grasp of search engine optimization fundamentals. Including a working grasp of the Facebook Application Programming Interface and other Facebook apps. Experience in video marketing is a definite bonus.
  • Strong understanding of the social media ecosystem and how insights, paid, earned, and owned social media inform, involve, and amplify each other.
  • The skill of developing original concepts for use on social media and of putting into action exciting new approaches to marketing that may attract the attention of a large number of people in order to achieve the goals set by the firm.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data from social media. Monthly dashboard reports with findings and recommendations. You must be able to write clearly and concisely with excellent use of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Management of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram communities and campaigns. Experience working with a retail or lifestyle company is a bonus.
