We are looking for a seasoned financial analyst to join our Global Business Planning Finance team. This person will play a crucial role in assisting the company in creating, implementing, and managing strategies and plans that foster sustainable, diversified, and brand-building expansion. This person will perform planned and ad hoc analysis to aid in decision making that will shape the company’s future financially. Candidates who are self-motivated, creative thinkers, and have a strong willingness to learn and implement change throughout the company are preferred.

Qualifications:

• Share the pros and cons with your company partners, both monetary and otherwise. You can make good judgments even when limited information is available.
• Weekly and quarterly reports on the company’s profitability should be submitted. Show how well the long-term plan, the financial plan, and the most recent financial forecast are being followed.
• The ability to respectfully disagree and dedicate oneself to advancing productive conversations, bringing harmony to divergent ideas, overcoming obstacles, and making important decisions requires a healthy dose of courage.
• Active listening abilities are innate for those who want to convey knowledge (orally and in writing) in a clear, concise, and simple manner. To get your point across about pressing money matters, adjust your tone and delivery to best connect with your listeners. The decisions your company makes are impacted by your talks.
• Review financial data from many business sectors actively to spot trends, threats, and opportunities. Work with top management to develop quick, effective actions.
• Seek out and back initiatives (such diversity and inclusion initiatives) that strengthen the international finance sector and advance careers everywhere.
• You locate, address, or advise on complicated data integrity concerns with controllership as your main focus. To combat financial risk and encourage thriftiness, you strengthen controls.
• control your business area’s financial reports. Recognize the factors influencing input and check the accuracy of the reporting to have an impact on strategic planning and decision-making. Utilize data to spot innovative concepts and give business executives around the world guidance.
• Be on the lookout for ways to improve the models and procedures that are being used so that they can continue to offer our margin landscape with more current and relevant insights.
• If you want to make better business-wide decisions, you should do some impromptu financial research, like scenario planning and investment analysis.

Skills:

• experienced with financial software such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, and Cognos, as well as data mining and reporting software for massive datasets (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Working with various peer groups and top levels of management, demonstrated good communication and presentation skills.
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
• Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent (CPA, CMA, or certificate in qualified accounting).
• possess a Master’s degree and three years of related job experience, or have at least five years of relevant work experience in finance.
