By managing daily operations of risk management programs and prelitigation claim resolution for our apartment communities, you will support all properties as a risk manager. You will evaluate potential hazards, identify them, and assist in managing the company’s overall risk management plan.

Job Title : Junior Risk Manager
Location : Dibba Al-Fujairah, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
Salary : $ 31.47 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Reviewing policies and procedures for compliance and liaising with relevant parties both internally and externally to ascertain current mitigation statuses.
  • Constantly updating the client organization and the relevant management on the state of hazards.
  • the process of ensuring that plans are being followed, assessing progress, and pinpointing problem areas in the controls.
  • When doing a risk assessment, it is important to compare and contrast prospective threats with mitigation techniques and to consider how successfully risks have been handled in the past.
  • The risk assessment procedure entails analyzing existing dangers and identifying new ones.
  • formulation of proposed remedies, including corrective and mitigating measures.
  • crafting a set of rules, regulations, and standards for continuity with the goal of minimizing risks without limiting efficiency
  • Working in tandem with top management to define and record the organization’s risk tolerance.
  • Designing, maturing, and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets to organize resident calls and incident reports.

Skills:

  • The skill to organize one’s time effectively, work with minimal supervision, and meet strict deadlines
  • Capacity to think through, articulate, and simplify complex issues into concise and easily digestible presentations.
  • Extensive expertise with SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to put together and present compelling technical arguments to upper management.
  • Powerful and compelling in forming alliances and fostering close ties with high-performing functional areas.
