Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager use analytical and business skills to assess current and identify new or improved systems, products, and processes which further corporate objectives while working closely with the business customers and teams. In addition, the quality assurance manager creates, oversees, and carries out all phases of quality assurance testing, including developing and carrying out functional/system test plans in a multi-tiered environment and analyzing product requirements to provide test requirements.

Qualifications:

• Learns and remembers all relevant laws, regulations, and departmental guidelines at the federal, state, and agency levels.
• facilitates talks aimed at fixing issues and enhancing quality. Offers regular updates on the status of uploaded files. Successfully communicates the conclusions of the case analysis.
• Regularly conduct or participate in meetings with other staff members and management to discuss the accuracy and completeness of client files.
• Reviews, analyses, and analyzes complicated information to ensure the department meets and is compliant with set quality standards.
• Verifies that all accounting and reporting is carried out in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the Client Services Department. Verifies the correctness of client files for eligibility review.
• creates and executes sophisticated tests. builds and maintains performance tests and an automated framework.
• Time management skills, performance goals are met, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws are followed.
• organizes information for presentations and reports in a way that makes sense, per management’s direction.
• documents issues encountered during testing and reports them to management.
• the ability to work in a team to comprehend the range of test cases that will be used using automated scripts.
