A self-driven general accountant is needed to add to our team, which is rapidly growing. This individual will become increasingly important as we build our accounting procedures and guidelines. The ideal applicant will be able to think analytically and strategically while also bringing a strong point of view to their work.

Qualifications:

• It’s necessary to have at least 3-5 years of excellent accounting experience.
• Account reconciliations and general ledger modifications.
• Keep amicable working relationships with Club staff, Development staff, service providers, and vendors.
• To aid in the grant management process, monthly billing and spending tracking are required.
• You may check and process your weekly paychecks using a tool called Paylocity.
• A bachelor’s degree in one of these disciplines is necessary, in addition to professional experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• The cost criteria used by the federal and state governments are well recognized.
• Daily recording procedures, month-end closing, and the deployment of sufficient internal controls are all necessary for the financial statements to be accurate and complete.
• Weekly vendor payments should be processed online.
• in-depth familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, particularly Oracle

Skills:

• Cooperation with people in different locations and time zones
• Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software is required.
• Capacity to prioritize a vast number of activities and do them on time
• The ideal candidate will be analytically adept and good at addressing problems.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities are required for this position.
