Job Description

It is the responsibility of the Digital Strategist to assist the Marketing Director in increasing brand recognition, cultivating a sense of community, and raising money for the organization. This individual has a good background in writing and a keen interest in digital marketing and campaigning. Their major role is to evaluate and fulfill requests to use brand campaign films and support proactive distribution outreach activities and events, both of which will be carried out by them. Digital Strategists assist the Director in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve the highest possible level of success.

Qualifications:

  • Develop content calendars and objectives; write attractive emails; manage client approvals; conduct testing and production; optimize depending on performance and input from customers; give help on additional accounts as required.
  • Data synthesis into strategy suggestions and concept production, as well as constant campaign monitoring to guarantee adherence to the strategic direction
  • Direct and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to produce value models and revenue-driving insights that have a beneficial impact on a client’s business and aid in its development.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest technological developments and tools available, so that we can provide our customers with cutting-edge suggestions that are based on industry standards. Carry out extra obligations in accordance with the requests
  • To help create and influence the product roadmap, provide product upgrades and customer feedback to Strategic Services and the Product team.
  • Assist the director with campaign marketing and development teams. Distribute donor reports and updates.
  • Help the Marketing Director communicate with the outside world through written materials and social videos. Some of the time spent on the portfolio will be spent coming up with, making, and releasing social media video products with the Marketing Manager.
  • Under the direction of the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing, help plan and carry out two to four marketing campaigns or projects of different sizes each quarter. This includes coordinating project deliverables with the right channel managers and team leads at the right time.
  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies that optimize our clients’ online fundraising and interaction with other digital strategists, managers, and members of our advertising and creative teams.
  • In partnership with the Director, serve as a liaison between B+C, agencies, and partners with the marketing team on contracts, coordination with legal, creative briefs, production logistics, and talent management.

Skills:

  • Build customer journeys and use them to find significant chances to interact with customers and enhance their experience.
  • Experience with different forms of consumer research, creation of insights, formulation of creative briefs, campaign planning, content strategy, touch point/journey mapping, data-driven campaign execution, and optimization of creative based on campaign success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, business, or similar profession desirable; 7+ years developing and implementing agency strategies.
  • Complex knowledge or data may be broken down into manageable and understandable concepts. Defining issues and solutions in a way that brings teams together.
  • The ability to use popular social media management tools like as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr in conjunction with other digital tools such as Google Analytics or Brandwatch.
