A production coordinator is needed! Making travel arrangements for above- and below-the-line staff; assisting the production teams for events and equipment transportation; coordinating production elements related to the network’s professional and other productions, including the creation and distribution of the event paperwork; working with the Director of Operations and truck/crew vendors to ensure that the events are properly staffed and all equipment needs are covered;

Qualifications:

• Manages all aspects of production for the network’s professional and other productions, including the collection and distribution of material from events.
• The Truck/Crew Vendor Coordinator works with the Director of Operations and event staff to ensure that all necessary equipment and personnel are available for each event.
• Provide general assistance on a wide range of production support operations from pre-production to delivery.
• Organize and administer various internal and external workflows including but not limited to, budgeting, talent acquisition/hiring, calendaring, talent onboarding, contracting, production/post production status, and delivery.
• Help the Virtual Production and VFX industry’s tracking software and internal infrastructure develop. Take care of requests for improvements as required.
• The adoption of new Production-related processes, structures, and technology within the company can be facilitated by your participation in the development of internal project management tools and the preparation of presentations and financial statistics.
• keeping track of team and network production schedules and reporting music cue sheets for productions.
• Track and maintain virtual production weekly reports and milestones, keeping stakeholders apprised of status.
• Provide research to support efforts to create better alignment between technology partners and cross-vertical production teams.
• As part of the Production and VFX team, contribute to the company’s culture of inquiry and self-disciplined pro-active responsibility, as well as a strong cooperation with Physical Production and Animation.

Skills:

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, supervising several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery).
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and creative problem-solving ability are required.
• Various coordination experience in VFX, production, gaming, or studio.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office is required, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• sincere interest in the Production industry and its trajectory, as well as the future of content generation.
