  • Collaborates with the Customer’s Desktop Supervisor and Training Supervisors to provide them with written reports and documentation as required, as well as keeping them up to date. Complete setup of your new desktop computer and/or laptop
  • Monitor several systems, including Windows Perfmon and SolarWinds. Internal documentation of processes and procedures should be established and maintained.
  • End users should be documented and “how-to” manuals for troubleshooting should be made available to help them. Enhance information and cyber security measures with your support
  • Resolve end-user help desk tickets relating to computer hardware or software difficulties, new equipment setups and installs, software installations, moves, decommissioning, phone and fax issues, and so on.
  • In order to find the core of the issue and take the required measures to fix it, we provide escalated computer help.
  • Make your own system and program configurations, do your own file backups, and update your software all by yourself.
  • Replaces faulty assemblies or components in computers, printers, and networks after doing thorough troubleshooting at the circuit board level. Depending on the situation, sets up operating systems, hardware drivers, and other software components.
  • It’s important to keep track of and record everything that happens throughout a help desk request and issue resolution, including any choices that work or don’t work.
  • In order to assist in the issue resolution process, you may use the internet to access resources such as authorized software updates and drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions.
  • Make that all findings and final remedies have been reported, and follow up with users and supervisors once the issue has been handled.


  • Help desk software, database management and remote-control skills are required Communication and client-facing abilities are essential. Problem solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to deliver information in non-technical language in a professional and effective way while interacting with different levels of clients, both internal and external.
  • It’s best to have an associate’s degree in computer science, computer technology, or a field related to IT. AWS, Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, mobile apps, disaster recovery, and VMware experience of 1 year or more is preferred.
  • Capacity to grasp, read, write, and communicate well in English and to connect with all organizational levels. Capability to swiftly adapt to new systems and a fluctuating business environment
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, browsers, mobile devices, printers, and scanners is needed, as well as knowledge of operating systems for both PCs and Macs.
