To join our team, we’re seeking for an IT Program Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for program management and lifecycle support for enterprise service delivery and solutions, including problem resolution and solutions management, starting with the initial customer touchpoint for service and ending with the successful resolution of IT Incidents and Work Orders, including analysis, statuses, and reporting. Develop the ability to provide world-class IT customer support. The program’s scope encompasses an end-to-end solution for customer-facing desktop assistance, active directory, windows/system administration, local network management application support, software delivery services, and IT Equipment Accountability. The contract award will determine whether or not this post will be filled.

Qualifications:

• As a means of analyzing the quality and efficiency of teamwork, develop, execute, and analyze metrics, internal process improvement, operating procedures, and job instructions.
• Create and implement effective processes and procedures that enable the team to respond swiftly to spikes in contract employee demand. Make sure the SLA has been met.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule, that client tasking instructions are clear and precise, that contract workers are qualified to accomplish the tasks, and that any potential personnel difficulties are avoided.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team, partners, and vendors to identify operational difficulties on a frequent basis.
• Directs personnel who are in charge of developing, designing, and optimizing one or more information technology and systems functions that support firm business operations and technical information systems platforms.
• Communication with stakeholders and management on the budget, risks, timeline, and other relevant factors should be developed and delivered in an acceptable manner.
• Plan and organize tasks including hardware and software installation and upgrades, programming and systems design, computer network creation, and Internet and intranet site deployment.
• Participate in outside professional events to stay current on industry trends. Establish relationships with other project managers in the legal and other areas to stay up to date on what’s going on at these places.
• Supply and demand are balanced throughout their portfolio’s ongoing and upcoming projects, with more project managers and other resources hired as needed.
• These are all examples of delivering excellence utilizing a client project execution framework and industry best practices.

Skills:

• Prior experience directing strategic software development programs/projects, ideally for mobile networking or cloud-native/SaaS solutions, is required.
• In order to get a job in this industry, you need to know about business and management concepts that apply to strategic planning, human resource modeling, leadership approaches, production methods, as well as economic and accounting principles and the financial market.
• There must be a recognized Project or Program Management certification from a reputable institution (either the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent/recognized qualification).
• It is necessary to have an IT-II security clearance, or to have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
• The applicant must have 12 years of progressive leadership experience in information technology and/or management consulting in the public or private sectors.
