A Web Designer is a position we’re trying to fill right now. The Web Designer must be comfortable liaising with and working closely with both programmers and content creators. Create wireframes, mockups (to pixel scale), and style guides with a focus on user experience (UX) is essential for this Web Designer position. Qualifications:

• Talk to other members of your team and different departments about how you approach projects and support requests.
• As needed, contribute to efforts to improve the quality of websites and other electronic media.
• Design, develop, launch, and maintain a fully functional, mobile-friendly website, suitable for any business.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to produce innovative and exciting digital experiences.
• Assist customers with website changes and support inquiries by assessing issues and coming up with solutions that enhance their goals.
• Optimal online experiences are the result of informed decisions, therefore nudge your clients in that direction.
• All design elements, templates, and final deliverables should conform to stringent quality control requirements and work properly across a variety of browsers, devices, and screen resolutions.
• Inspire confidence in your readers by demonstrating your mastery of modern web development practices and digital trends.
• After deciding on the best site architecture and other technological solutions, provide useful suggestions to customers.
• instruct customers and departmental staff on approved procedures.

Skills:

• Creative with good eye for color, composition and typography.
• Being familiar with content management systems like Joomla and WordPress is also a plus.
• competence with Photoshop, Illustrator, or another application used for graphic design and wireframing.
• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in related experience is required.
• expert in utilizing and creating web services for data import and export in a number of formats
