We’re looking for a seasoned Investment Banking Associate to join our team to round out the current security-related technology solutions. You will be given significant responsibilities early in your career as an investment banking associate, including presenting for and executing advising and capital markets transactions for a wide range of public and private clients.

Qualifications:

• assisting with the implementation of M&A deals, including the setup and management of virtual data rooms and the coordination of client and third-party due diligence.
• Keeping in touch with both current and prospective customers, as well as any advisors you may have.
• making presentations for clients and taking part in their delivery.
• Creating private and public marketing materials such as offering letters, confidential information letters, and S-1s.
• Producing transaction marketing materials such as pamphlets, teasers, confidential information memoranda, and management presentations
• examining business strategies and taking part in due diligence meetings.
• These responsibilities allow for direct and active connection with our clients’ top executive management teams as well as senior bankers. Associates in the Global Technology Group are required to attend and participate in client meetings, as well as contribute to the development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Project management and deal execution are both overseen during the course of the transaction.
• assembling several financial studies, such as valuation, M&A scenarios, and three statement operating models.
• Supporting and advising one’s peers among the Associate and Analyst ranks.

Skills:

• You need either a master’s degree and work experience in investment banking, or a bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ worth of work in the field.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, problem-solving, and written and vocal communication abilities.
• The ability to effectively handle several tasks in a fast-paced work environment, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
• helpful but not necessary a background in technology, such as technology banking or consulting, or an undergraduate degree and/or previous employment in a technology or engineering profession.
• The ability to use Microsoft Office programs proficiently (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
