The Inventory Specialist will be in charge of keeping track of all cars at the facility in accordance with corporate deadlines. The Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition according to corporate requirements, including a thorough inventory and accompanying images for each vehicle, using company-provided tools. In addition, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for controlling traffic in the reception area to guarantee timely processing of vehicle inventory utilizing a priority system.

Qualifications:

• This role receives, unpacks, and stores tocks tools, equipment, and parts by evaluating inventory, monitoring order points, arranging and expediting orders, and receiving, organizing, and storing goods.
• Visually inspects and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, notifying the supervisor of any damage or wear.
• Compiles data on material, equipment, commodities, or supplies received or delivered in order to calculate inventory balance, price, and cost.
• Assists in the development and implementation of physical inventories.
• An identification tag, stamp, or electric marking instrument can be used to label and identify tools and equipment.
• To handle issues with material stock inventory levels, communicate with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, and internal and external clients.
• Manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and lowers holding costs in order to uncover cost-cutting opportunities.
• Work with other team members and management in a professional manner.
• The salary for this position is determined on the number of years of experience.
• Maintains pertinent files and documentation; prepares standard reports for approval by management.

Skills:

• Fillers, Rinsers, Cappers, Case Packers, Case Formers, Coolers, and Pasteurizers); understanding and troubleshooting production equipment.
• It is strongly recommended that you have two years of similar work experience in a Material Management position (e.g. inventory, distribution, etc.).
• Computer maintenance management systems are something you should be familiar with.
• Reading, writing, and understanding items in the English language, such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, comprehension of good body mechanics, safety measures, and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section specific test information and tools may be required.
