The Inventory Specialist will be in responsible of monitoring all of the facility’s vehicles while upholding deadlines set by the company. Utilizing equipment given by the organization, the Inventory Specialist will record vehicle condition in accordance with corporate requirements, which includes a full inventory and pictures for each vehicle. In order to ensure timely processing of the vehicle inventory using a system of priorities, the Inventory Specialist will also be in charge of managing traffic in the reception area.

Qualifications:

• Maintains important records and paperwork; creates standard reports for management approval.
• Helps with the planning and execution of physical inventory.
• Use an identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool to name and identify tools and equipment.
• Compiles information about the flow of goods into and out of a business, including the quantity, kind, cost, and selling price of any raw materials, finished products, machinery, or supplies that have been traded hands.
• Tools, equipment, and components are checked, inventories are verified, order points are monitored, orders are put in and expedited, and then they are received, organized, and stored.
• Conduct phone-based material stock checks, recording and sending any relevant information.
• To uncover cost-saving options, manipulating par levels, rearranging points/min/max, and reducing holding costs are used.
• It is necessary to work in a team environment that is professional, fast-paced, and customer service focused.
• Checks and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, notifying the supervisor of any issues.
• Interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department managers, internal and external customers to address any potential issues with material stock inventory levels.

Skills:

• You must have previous experience working in a fast-paced, professional, team environment that emphasizes providing excellent customer service.
• Finds ways to save money by adjusting parameters like minimum and maximum order sizes and par values.
• Helps with the planning and execution of a physical inventory.
• Process calls requesting stock checks, noting results, and relaying data as necessary.
• Responsible for keeping all necessary documents updated and generating routine reports for management review.
