Qualifications:

• Helps in the planning and execution of physical inventories.
• Labeling and identifying tools and equipment can be accomplished using identity tags, stamps, and electric marking tools.
• Conduct phone-based material stock checks, capturing and providing any necessary data.
• Address issues with material stock inventory levels by speaking with shipping or inventory coordinators, department managers, and internal and external clients.
• Measures and visually examines tools and equipment for faults and wear, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• It is necessary to work in a team environment that is professional, fast-paced, and customer service focused.
• before receiving, unpacking, and storing tools, equipment, and components, verifies inventories, keeps an eye on order points, places and expedites orders, and receives, organizes, and stores the items.
• Maintains required paperwork and files and produces standardized reports for management approval.
• To find cost-saving opportunities, one manipulates par levels, reorders points/min/max, and reduces holding costs.
• Data on materials, equipment, items, or supplies received or delivered is gathered in order to calculate the inventory balance, price, and cost.

Skills:

• Manage phone requests to verify stock of materials, compiling and transmitting relevant information.
• Par values are adjusted, points, minimum, and maximum are rearranged, and holding costs are decreased in order to identify savings opportunities.
• Responsible for filing and organizing documents; drafting standard reports for management review.
• Experience in a fast-paced, professional, customer-focused team environment is required.
• Helps with the planning and execution of stocktakes.
