This Inventory Coordinator is in charge of coordinating all inventory operations for the designated department. Replenishment, Picking, Staging, Delivery, Put Away, Special Orders, and Substitutions are all examples of this. Management of PAR levels, binning, cycle counts, bill only, and inventory relief are examples of possible tasks.

Qualifications:

• Assists management in cost-containment process by providing cost-effective techniques and identifying improvement opportunities. In a timely way, operates, calibrates, and maintains technical equipment.
• Work with our care workers assigned to the warehouse to assign assignments and mediate disagreements while managing access to equipment and supplies as well as any prohibited or restricted items in the warehouse.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of supply inventories, including the monitoring of volume, flow, and source. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for providing control for everything linked to inventory, including projects and assignments. It is possible for the IC Coordinator to take charge of work either on behalf of the manager or as instructed by management.
• Do not forget to keep track of everything you have on hand, as well as the changes you have made and shipments that are on their way. If there are any anomalies in the packing slips, correct them and put the components in their right places.
• To ensure that inventory is correct and complete, work closely with the operations team. The Serialized Inventory report and Site Transfers should be reviewed for discrepancies, and incomplete receipts should be checked for.
• On a weekly and daily basis, perform cost adjustments, averages, reallocations, and reductions to products in inventory as ordered by the Supply Chain Management department and in accordance with sales policy.
• Taking action to alleviate supply shortages, keeping management informed, and/or providing suggestions based on information analysis are some of the responsibilities of this position.
• This Inventory Coordinator coordinates all department inventory tasks. Replenishment, Picking, Staging, Delivery, Put Away, Special Orders, Substitutions. Managing PAR, Binning, Cycle Counts, Bill Only, and Inventory Relief.
• Packing and shipping parts for orders from customers in other countries, using the best package sizes to save on freight costs and making sure delivery is as close as possible to what customers expect.
• The warehouse should be kept secure by adhering to the norms and procedures of the institution and its many centers and divisions.

Skills:

• Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to deal successfully with staff of varying levels, and able to flourish in a deadline-driven, fast-paced atmosphere.
• You must have advanced understanding of SAP R/3 or a similar system, as well as expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel. Exceptionally organized and meticulous, with a firm grasp of logistics.
• It is needed that you have the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Excellent skills in personal and professional organization and management, in accordance with industry best practices. Having the ability to work efficiently, effectively, and productively under tight deadlines and pressure while maintaining quality and precision is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, finance, or logistics/supply chain management required, along with two years of supply chain management or financial experience.
