Qualifications:

• Proactively talk to management about both good and bad things that might affect the business of the restaurant.
• Staff members are responsible for preparing and serving food, directing customers to their tables, and welcoming them as they arrive or leave the establishment.
• Ascertains and adheres to the proper procedures for preparing, serving, and presenting sauces Excellent menu knowledge, including recipes, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
• Processes Guest orders at the register, serves drinks, answers inquiries about the menu, and maintains the cleanliness of the front counter area.
• With the help of the people who work in the dining room, kitchen, and service, keep track of all orders and how much they cost. Give customers papers and receipts, and if they need it, make sure they get the right change.
• Prepare and serve soft beverages and ice cream meals, such as ice cream sundaes, malted milks, sodas, and fruitades, using formulae and procedures remembered or by following instructions.
• Be passionate and educated about the restaurant’s menu and offerings. Reinforce successful performance and provide support as required to new employees throughout training.
• Use a POS (Point of Sale) system to process payments, ringing in the exact amount and providing change to customers. Follow established rules and processes to account for all cash, charge, and complementary purchases.
• Cook a variety of dishes, including some that may be made in a short period of time and others that need more effort. If the customer’s order is complete, you may serve them at the table or the counter when you’ve finished the steam table.
• A wide variety of methods of payment are available, including cash and credit and debit card payments. It’s illegal to use gift cards at this establishment.

Skills:
