You will be responsible for handling all areas of the payroll department, including tax payments and filings, as Payroll Manager. As an experienced Payroll Manager, your familiarity with the whole payroll cycle, including tax filings and taxes connected to relocations, makes you a strong candidate for this leadership position.

  • Implements, manages, and monitors payroll processing systems to guarantee correct and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Performs research on erroneous information received, assesses the proper accounting approach, and recommends revisions to the transaction’s originator.
  • To ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll, in addition to checking off-cycle payroll, making sure checks are processed quickly, and working with the payroll supervisor.
  • The Payroll Manager administers payroll, bonus payments, commission or incentive programs, and other normal and one-time accounting and payroll-related responsibilities.
  • Involve the HR department in all aspects of new recruitment, dismissals, and leaves of absence.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations surrounding tax filings and reporting, organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors, and make sure the firm complies with any other legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Manages and resolves difficulties in the field in a timely manner. Produces reports on a regular basis for the Controller and Human Resources (HR).
  • Develops internal controls to ensure the quality and efficiency of all payroll processes and regulatory compliance. Communication of procedures to the company’s high management and branch offices.
  • Ensures that all payroll updates, including terminations, new hires, and pay rate adjustments, are completed properly and quickly.
  • In order to ensure that earnings are accurate, wage errors are calculated, reviewed, and then corrected. Make certain that any payroll modifications are handled correctly.


  • We are searching for a payroll manager with a bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related subject and at least five years of payroll or billing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal accounting and bookkeeping regulations, standards, and guidelines, the capacity to design and implement process modifications using analysis.
  • The ability to use internet features as well as common desktop apps like Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of leading/mentoring a department and working successfully with top executives and the management team.
  • Experience in creating a nice, cooperative work atmosphere and implementing a warm customer service concept to all internal employee problems.
