Job Description

It is the responsibility of the Order Filler to fulfill orders for the standard roll wrap used by the business. The Order Fulfiller is responsible for gathering all of the items listed on the client order form and placing them in the designated shipping container. Being on your feet for long periods of time is a requirement in this job.

Qualifications:

• Completes all paperwork and appropriate methodical transactions for each project accurately.
• Alerts the department clerk to any product shortages, outages, or incorrectly stocked items.
• Able to plan outbound shipments to ensure the greatest levels of accuracy and productivity.
• Makes sure everything is put into the shipping container, then tapes the top flap.
• Collects the required items as identified on the customer order form. Affixes product label to each product piece that is picked.
• Find any damaged merchandise, take it out of the order fulfillment area, put it in a quality control container, and alert the required staff.
• Observes all OSHA standards and plant policies pertaining to safety.
• Gathers each customer’s unique orders and the associated shipping paperwork.
• Assembles and loads into a loading cart specified cargo containers.
• Choose, pack, and ship In order to meet partner expectations, SE partner orders must have the correct item, precise quantities, and suitable packing.

Skills:

• Using voice/RF technology and working in a logistics/distribution/relevant setting for at least the last two years as an order filler.
• You must have the ability to work well with others and adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules and hours as necessary to meet the demands of the business
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills are required.
• To verify product quantities, count inventories, or carry out other tasks related to handling, storing, and delivering client products, you need a basic to intermediate level skill set.
