Qualifications:

  • All event materials, including, but not limited to, invitations, RSVPs, brochures, posters, letters, programs, certificates, and name tags, are the responsibility of the event coordinator.
  • Helps with the event on the day it’s going to happen. Come to the event to help the staff and volunteers, help with check-in and registration, and help set up and take down equipment, supplies, and other things.
  • Set up and manage online meeting registration to guarantee efficient data input, badge and meeting list delivery, and interactions with participants, staff, and speakers.
  • Conduct site inspections for location evaluation and selection, utilizing a standard checklist of particular meeting needs, possibilities, and space price, while keeping meeting goals in mind, and presenting options for final decision with complete justification to stakeholders.
