In this role, you will manage personnel for our advocacy divisions, whose clients are at the forefront of progressive work on racial justice and civil rights, low-wage worker advocacy, voting rights, economic security, the environment, affordable housing, human rights, LGBTQ concerns. You will be an integral component of our People Team and our company’s development. You will collaborate with our talent team and leadership team to create and construct a world-class organization, investing in our most valuable asset: our people. You will handle advocacy searches from start to finish, relying on hiring supervisors to guarantee quality work.

  • Plan, implement, and implement career development strategies, methods, and resources. Encourage and assist HR leadership and business partners in boosting the effectiveness, reach, and visibility of career initiatives, as well.
  • Examine the risks and advantages of the changes; plan effective change-management strategies; and ensure communications and readiness materials are in place to facilitate the transition of career-related programs and procedures.
  • Work with training providers from both within and outside the company to ensure that new hires get the necessary technical training, including but not limited to system training and instruction in the art of preparing and serving food as well as the art of socializing in the workplace.
  • This person prepares written reports, such as dashboard narratives and training or job-aid papers. Participant in the creation and/or delivery of training on talent-related topics and systems
  • Be a part of developing and implementing succession plans, as well as assisting in the establishment of development plans for new hires.
  • For branded content campaigns and original network programming, develop relationships with agents and managers to locate and recruit on-camera presenters, celebrities, digital influencers and/or creators that suit the Company’s voice.
  • Create and manage enterprise-wide organizational training, development, and engagement programs to drive company success, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Create and manage strategies, methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures that increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the performance process while also fostering teamwork. Processes include goal-setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions.
  • Handle local and/or regional basic human resource responsibilities such as onboarding, employment, employee relations, pay, benefits, and performance management processes with minimum supervision.
  • Provide data-driven job suggestions based on knowledge of organizational policies, processes, and legislation.


  • a publisher’s viewpoint on talent sourcing, pricing, and packaging for digital and live events.
  • Expert at using all types of social media. You know how to use social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat to find unique talent and influencers.
  • If you don’t have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar subject like Industrial/Organizational Psychology, you’ll need to have at least five years of relevant work experience in a position like this.
  • Several years of production expertise, with a proven track record of effectively managing the schedules of performers and other workers to meet the requirements and deadlines of the show
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organization skills. Ability to provide timely, efficient, reliable, and pleasant service to customers. The capacity to communicate facts clearly and concisely.
