The Insurance Agent will be in charge of developing their company while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.   • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service while working to increase sales of personal insurance products such as car, homeowners, and renters policies. Client education should include instruction on car, house, bicycle, and renter’s insurance.


  • Having a real eagerness to learn, being perceptive and resourceful, and being coachable are all important qualities to possess. a license to sell property and casualty insurance, either one that may be obtained or one that is already held.
  • A proven track record of offering natural communication in a professional and unshakable manner, as well as exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A four-year college degree is recommended, although a high school diploma (or a GED) and relevant job experience will do. The ability to sell is a must (preferably as a retail salesperson, telemarketer, or an outside sales representative).
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, high professionalism, adaptability, and honesty, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and contribute to team success.
  • Must be ready to work alternating shifts throughout the day and evening, as well as on weekends. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to get a license to sell property and casualty insurance; those currently in possession of a license have an advantage.
