Qualifications:

• Advising prospects and policyholders on custom insurance coverage, Developing business partnerships
• Using consultative sales strategies to sell various types of insurance and annuity products to people located within a certain region, including auto, home, and life insurance products. Identifying potential clients via the use of tried-and-true lead generation methods for new business
• Encourage policyholders to deliver and explain their policies, to examine their insurance plans and make additions or adjustments, or to switch beneficiaries, Individualize customer-specific insurance policies to address a wide range of potential threats.
• To maintain a high level of customer retention and product loyalty, we must cultivate relationships based on trust with each of our users. Using phone calls, emails, and databases of potential clients may help a business enhance its sales revenue.
• Help safeguard consumers by supplying insurance and financial solutions that match their requirements. Conduct needs-based customer policy evaluations and update coverage
• Learn the basics of insurance and how to sell our benefits to potential customers. This includes quoting different types of policies and policy forms and giving each customer different options based on their needs.
• Insurance items such as car, house and umbrella coverage are among the many that are offered by this company. Locate new consumers and produce lists of potential customers via networking in order to find new clients and grow a clientele.
• Pursue the sale of personal insurance products such as car, house, renters, and other personal lines of insurance while offering exceptional customer service. Informing customers on their options for car, house, bicycle, and renter’s insurance is very important.
• Begin conversations with customers and potential customers by offering pricing quotations and producing proposals to illustrate the benefits of the policies you provide. Expertise in risk management and the ability to provide sound recommendations
• Maintain a steady flow of new business to fulfill the needs of the aging population. As quickly as possible, respond to any incoming messages (voicemails, chats, and complaints)

Skills:

• Have a real desire to improve oneself, be receptive to feedback and resourceful, and be open to instruction. Have the ability to get a license to sell property and casualty insurance, or already have one.
• High school diploma (or GED) with relevant work experience is preferred over a college degree. Having experience in sales is a plus, whether you’re an outside or an inside rep, a retail sales associate, or someone who works in telemarketing
• Strong time management and organizational abilities, the ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision while contributing to team success.
• Solid record of natural, professional communication; outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Working a rotational day/evening and weekend shift is required. Any prior experience with property or casualty insurance would be an asset, but it is not required.
