We’re seeking for experienced, dedicated sales experts. The bulk of time is spent on the phone with buyers and sellers. This profession involves outbound dialing to follow up on leads.

Qualifications:

  • Those customers who don’t anticipate to be contacted may be able to aid their selected area by selling our items to them.
  • Ad enquiries, trade exhibitions, direct mail, card deck leads, old leads, dealer re-sellers and other sources are used to build and maintain lists of potential consumers.
  • Maintain tight working ties with distribution channel partners in order to conduct phone sessions as required and make the most of the connections we’ve established over the years.
  • Keep up with network visualization trends, firms, news, and other competitive knowledge.
  • Consult with the customer on lead generating techniques and solutions that will satisfy their company requirements and enhance their capacity to create revenue.
  • It is the responsibility of a salesman to make phone calls or send emails to prospective and present customers in order to qualify leads, complete deals, or offer customer service and support.
  • Work with RSMs and RSDs to establish sales objectives, initiatives, and new accounts.
  • Communicate well at the tactical level and keep the lines of communication open with your team and with higher-ups. Make sure your work schedule is flexible so you can fill in for other people.
  • Prospect, qualify, and pursue seller and buyer leads with tenacity. Schedule appointments for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists with eligible leads.
  • In order to help satisfy the demands of the client’s customers, help execute and close off specific projects, and demonstrate a functioning grasp of the client’s product following training.

Skills:

  • ERP software (Made to Manage);
    INSERT INTO `wp_randomize` (`randomize_id`, `category`, `text`, `visible`, `user_id`, `timestamp`) VALUES MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word applications are all required for this position’s effective execution. The ability to communicate in English orally and in writing.
  • Reports, business communications, and procedure manuals Effectively communicate information to managers, clients, consumers, and the public.
  • Accurately calculating figures and amounts such as percentages and percentage discounts as well as area and volume measurements.
  • A commanding voice over the phone and the ability to establish rapport with callers in a short amount of time are all essential. Possessing a strong sense of urgency and sensitivity to the passage of time, together with outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and one year of comparable experience or training Having the ability to comprehend common business magazines, professional journals as well as government rules and processes.
