Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager will be held responsible for the value delivery of IT end-user support, IT service desk, and VIP services to its internal stakeholders, mainly Product Managers (employee digital journey first). As part of the “One Desk” transformation for IT end-user services, the primary goal is to accomplish for its internal stakeholders the key value and performance objectives over time in a consistent manner via the end-to-end orchestration of internal key resources and external partners (1 single supplier for Service Desk, integrating all upstream external workplace services)

  • The customer’s goals need a reliable and scale-able back-end architecture. Make sure that the operational delivery teams understand and express the client’s requirements..
  • Adds substantially to the day-to-day management of other Delivering Services Managers, including, as needed, appropriate mentoring, coaching, team-building activities and employee retention initiatives.
  • The capacity to gather and analyze data on teams and individuals, as well as to produce and distribute reports, is critical to the success of any program.
  • Throughout the department, Supervisors and Team Leaders are observed and instructed to ensure that the department is appropriately staffed and organized, including daily operations and duties.
  • Maintain the Voice of the Customer program by bringing Contact Centers together around an uniform strategy for conducting consumer satisfaction surveys and gathering customer feedback throughout the whole purchase process.
  • you will monitor and manage the quality standards that govern customer interactions. These standards are intended to ensure that the customer experience is consistent throughout all customer contact points, both inside and outside our internal group and our outsourced partner network.
  • Responsible for the overall success of their Concierge and the attainment of all client KPIs and contractual commitments.
  • Every day, you help travel advisors and travel concierges with everything from team and one-on-one coaching to management. In both a remote and in-person job, you do this.
  • Responsibility for a pool of key dedicated support services contributors (for example, IT VIP Service Lead, IT Service Desk Service Lead,…) who are responsible for the proper capacity management of the resources contributing to the various squads driven by Products, as well as for the development and coaching of those individuals, is one of the potential responsibilities.
  • Involve stakeholders and suppliers in monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews to ensure that services are continuously enhanced.


  • This requires a high level of communication skills, including a strong ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, build connections, and persuade others.
  • Broad consulting expertise across a wide range of industries (Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Construction, Technology, Medical Devices, Chemicals, Energy, Telecom)
  • The capacity to think strategically over the long term and create effective action plans via good planning, appraisal, and management.
  • It is necessary to have a deeper understanding of customer-vendor interactions in order to effectively attract and retain partners in the contact center.
  • Giving feedback, direction, explanation, and disciplinary action with discretion and judgment.
