The Implementation Consultant works with several product teams to implement end-to-end client solutions. This involves assessing requirements, obtaining deliverables, aiding customers with surveys, acquiring data or material, and working with other departments. The Implementation Consultant is a specialist in the product or service they support. To promote great customer experiences, the Implementation Consultant successfully communicates difficulties to the right departments.

  • identifying the scope of work, allocating the appropriate cash and staff, setting deadlines, devising communication strategies, and describing the sorts of testing and maintenance to be conducted on software projects
  • The implementation project must be conducted in an orderly, controlled way, with the customer being informed of expected completion dates for each phase of the project.
  • The purpose of functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) working together is to collaborate between subject matter experts from both the business side (internal and external) in the creation of alternative solutions, as well as the effect on other processes and system priorities.
  • Report to project stakeholders on a weekly basis on project progress, future week plans, and problems that need management and stakeholder attention to keep everyone up to date.
  • Adapting Company Solutions to suit the individual needs of the Client is a crucial component of the implementation process in order to develop a solution that works well for each client, giving value and improving growth potential.
  • Recognize and assist consumers who aren’t utilizing the service sufficiently.
  • Explain the benefits of client tools and consultations, such as empowerment, communication, change management and technical advice.
  • This position’s main responsibilities include organizing and managing testing, documenting and monitoring outcomes, and resolving difficulties promptly.
  • Before implementing new workflows, scripts, or solutions, test them. Provide project coordination for more complex account setups to assure success.
  • WBSs and a well-thought-out project schedule are essential to completing a project on time and within budget.


  • At least five years of experience in implementing/onboarding/project management/customer success/building relationships/change management is necessary.
  • Evolves alternative technical or business solutions in collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external); advises on possibilities, risks, costs vs benefits, and effect on other business processes and system priorities.
  • Accountable for ensuring that the configuration is accurate in accordance with business and technical requirements, which includes, but is not limited to, completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading user testing, documenting and tracking test results, and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly.
  • Minimal supervision from a more senior manager is required; takes significant responsibility for project achievement; and has an excellent capacity to help others in completing tasks via knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor’s degrees in business or similar subjects are preferred, but not essential.
