Our clinic’s Healthcare Administrator plays a key leadership role. As a healthcare administrator, you’ll be in charge of running a single clinic site and overseeing all clinic-related activities. As a healthcare administrator, you are required to manage both clinical and non-clinical members of staff, support operational initiatives, and overall ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and on schedule every single day.

  • Be mindful of the rights of patients and residents to be treated fairly and equally, as well as their rights to self-determination and the opportunity to register pay complaints.
  • Cooperates with other managers in the community to provide the greatest possible care to the residents at any given moment.
  • Visible daily rounding for the benefit of patient flow as well as the pleasure of both patients and providers. The ability to respond quickly and effectively to problems that arise in the course of normal workdays. Consider the needs of your customers and your company’s budget when creating a personnel strategy. Encourage good change by creating an atmosphere conducive to employee involvement and feedback.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative, trustworthy relationships with physicians/providers by often interacting and interacting with them to give direction and supervision for successful scheduling, efficient clinic work flow, and patient flow.
  • Plans, develops, organizes, evaluates, and implements programs and activities for the Healthcare Center’s inhabitants. At the Healthcare Center, you’ll be in charge of supervising junior supervisors, as well as additional personnel and volunteers.
  • Directs reports in completing work plans and achieving long and short-term goals. Changes to supporting processes and systems, as well as infrastructure at the site level. The site’s objectives have been executed and finished.
  • Management includes but is not limited to: hiring, training and assigning tasks, managing and evaluating performance, conducting professional development programs. Ensures that the overarching operational objectives of the department are met or supported by the productivity and activities of that group.
  • Establishes and adheres to staffing, revenue, and/or cost budgets for the department. Responds to changes in the business that may endanger the organization’s ability to accomplish budget goals.
  • Determine whether or not to raise a complaint depending on the context, risk, successful resolution, clinical concerns, and other factors.
  • Facilitates interviewing, hiring, and training employees; teaching, mentoring and directing work; performance appraisals, rewards and recognition, disciplining employees, and addressing complaints, and resolving conflict.


  • Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and to supervise other personnel.
  • A bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration, or a closely related discipline, from an authorized institution or university, is highly recommended.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in the administration of healthcare and/or resident services is necessary.
  • Employees, residents/patients, families, visitors, government agencies/staff, and the general public should all be treated with dignity and respect.
  • All relevant state and federal regulations (including those related to Medicare reimbursement), nursing practices and procedures, and all laws, rules, and guidelines relating to long-term care management are required.
