The Chemical Engineer is in charge of continuously optimizing existing production processes in water borne coating production, as well as the start-up of new manufacturing equipment, which includes quality assurance tests. His main focus is on essential safety, quality, and productivity concerns.

Qualifications:

• Test the effects of colour formulation and processing on the final outcome.
• At work, be a positive role model and influence.
• It’s a good idea to upgrade existing equipment to increase product quality or operational safety.
• All safety actions must be supported and followed.
• Assist operations staff with real-time technical assistance.
• Assist with plant administration.
• Any concerns about safety should be brought to management’s attention.
• Identifying several possibilities and selecting the best techniques and approaches.
• Diagnose and devise solutions to long-term or recurring issues with the help of other technical resources or on your own.
• Regularly review production history in order to provide recommendations for improving efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.

Skills:

• It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science engineering, or biochemical engineering.
• Experience with pcb.
• Electrochemistry or metal plating experience is advantageous.
• Only skilled specialists should handle and dilute strong acids, bases, oxidizers, reducers, and other concentrated or hazardous substances.
• The ability to demonstrate knowledge of acceptable scientific technique and experimental design is required.
