We’re looking to grow our team by hiring a Social Media Director with lots of ambition! The ideal applicant is a self-starter who is practical, has a relentless work ethic, and sets a good example for others to follow. The planning, purchasing, execution, and subsequent evaluation of media channels that are pertinent to the client’s business KPIs should be well mastered by media directors, with a particular emphasis on paid social and performance marketing.

  • Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client campaign success.
  • Share results with the broader acquisition team and marketing management; monitor, analyze, and optimize channel performance to guarantee that it meets or exceeds goals.
  • Handle all aspects of a digital acquisition/performance campaign, including strategy development, channel rollout, ongoing tweaking, and analysis of results.
  • Ensure the highest quality is achieved and immediately applied to client work to boost the team’s efficiency.
  • Campaigns should be actively tested and monitored for delivery, traffic, and activity in order to create insights from analytics and subsequent recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • oversee agency-client connections, user management of linked services, and digital media operations.
  • Supervise Budgeting, Projection, and Reporting: Manage the annual budgeting process in addition to monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting at the channel level for traffic, revenue, expenses, return on investment, and other performance KPIs.
  • Implement engagement campaigns and initiatives that successfully generate profitable, long-term relationships with clients. Oversee the development of digital campaigns (with a major focus on paid social).
  • Maintain Constant Level of Optimization through ongoing performance monitoring, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, collaborative creativity, landing page optimization, and other means of improvement.
  • Coordinate with the client’s top executives to determine how best to meet their goals and grow their business, and then allocate the appropriate agency resources to do this.


  • Proven track record of selling new products or services to existing customers.
  • preferably working for or with an agency, with a minimum of five years’ experience as a media professional.
  • demonstrated ability to organize and execute multi-pronged programs with a sponsored social focus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a history of tool learning are preferred.
  • Able to take charge of customer presentations both in person and over the phone, with a focus on quarterly business evaluations.
