The Multimedia Designer will be a vital member of the Global Marketing Team, helping to tell the Company’s story and promote the Company’s products and services. The Multimedia Designer will play a crucial role in building digital strategy and execution to drive growth across digital channels, all while assisting Consilio’s prospects and clients in engaging with our services and products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing web, graphic, and video content that reflects a major international brand across various online and offline platforms. This position is expected to take part in a variety of design projects from their inception all the way through to completion. One of your regular responsibilities will be to manage your own projects from start to finish, creating drafts, prototypes, and interesting design solutions while also using feedback to enhance your abilities and make your designs better.

Qualifications:

• Manage production of marketing communications from concept through execution.
• Evaluate your progress and that of others, and then use that information to inform your final design decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan, design, and produce marketing communications materials such as brochures, flyers, advertising, banners, packaging, product instructions, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
• Collaborate with sales and production staff to create print files for custom graphic orders received each day; produce at a high rate while ensuring accuracy, adhering to quality standards, and meeting or beating production deadlines.
• Come up with and study innovative methods of conveying data that allow for improved precision, easier template utilization, or more transparent communication without sacrificing a high level of visual sophistication.
• Use 3D modeling software like KeyShot to add and animate products in 2D and 3D environments.
• Recognize the principles and requirements for the project; participate and, as needed, ask questions to deepen your comprehension.
• Create branding materials such logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short and long-form video, illustrations, and animated visuals/graphics.
• Make use of many methods to generate rough sketches, models, and prototypes of your ideas.
• Supply project status information and make sure that projects are delivered on schedule, under budget, and in compliance with company needs.

Skills:

• Must be proficient in the most recent versions of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere/After Effects.
