Working as a member of a team on initiatives that affect our clients’ experiences and opinions of the company will be your responsibility as a wealth management associate. The team will be accountable to senior management for thorough program updates and will be in charge of end-to-end delivery throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications:

• Engage in proactive client interaction to help create a sensational client experience.
• assess business performance with the Financial Advisor on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Independently improves and streamlines the service model and operational procedures for the team.
• Establishes and cultivates relationships with new clients and proactively helps to resolve issues and concerns.
• Assist in the completion and submission of all client-related transaction requests on schedule.
• Assist financial adviser in conducting in-depth analyses of client and prospect financial data and presenting findings in client and prospect financial planning presentations.
• Help with data collection, tracking, and reporting for “practice management”-related activities.
• In order to aid advisors, you can organize and create appropriate meeting and marketing materials, quarterly reports, and other client mailings.
• Handle all paperwork associated with starting and maintaining accounts while keeping an open line of contact with the custodian and advisors.
• Using feedback from upper-level team members, coordinates resolution of complex customer issues/concerns.

Skills:

• A background with Addepar, eMoney, Salesforce, and Excel is highly desirable. Skill with computers and related programs is essential.
• Participant in team dynamics who can take constructive criticism in order to develop further.
• a person who is organized, has good communication skills (verbal and written), and pays close attention to detail.
• You need at least five years of relevant work experience or education to qualify for this position.
• Possess familiarity with the laws, regulations, and company guidelines pertaining to compliance.
