Qualifications:

• Take part in designated projects designed to boost customer happiness and internal/external processes.
• Collaborate across departments in order to keep our clients up to date.
• As required, work in conjunction with the marketing, systems, business development, and operations teams.
• in addition to other reporting tasks involving customers, the maintenance of records for internal users of the CRM system.
• Respond to client enquiries and requests for program portfolio recommendations, registration troubleshooting, and other support issues.
• Contribute to the creation of a variety of resident-focused recreational and instructional events across multiple levels.
• Determine if there are any repeating themes in the user requests, and if so, determine whether stronger lead documentation, master calendar arrangements, or email/phone system links will help.
• Oversee the resolution process, including notifying the Open Enrollment Director of any problems that cannot be resolved.
• By calling and sending emails, show that you are proactive and solutions-focused when attempting to improve client relations.
• Use your best judgment to figure out what’s causing the client’s problem and how to fix it.

• This position engages and communicates often with executives. Must possess solid oral and written communication abilities.
