The District Manager is responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring they are completed within set time and financial parameters, all while fostering open communication with the client or property management firm. Take care of any problems that arise with clients and staff.

• Responsible for upholding and implementing company policies and ensuring that subordinates do the same.
• It is important to check in with customers (when needed) to make sure services are being delivered as per the terms of the service contract and to keep them satisfied.
• Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team to meet both short and long-term business goals.
