Qualifications:

• Analyze the completeness and viability of the requests for applications and business needs, Troubleshoot and resolve problems with production systems, including applications created by other teams.
• Co-workers should examine each other’s work to ensure that it’s safe, secure, and efficient. Identify ways in which current systems and processes might be improved for speed, accuracy, and performance.
• In order to maintain and enhance the present client- and server-side programs responsible for integration and business logic, Involve yourself in developing and executing the most recent blockchain-related innovations.
• Manage nodes, including the creation of staking and slashing algorithms, key rotation, multi-signature validation, and administrative voting systems.
• Constructing user interfaces for smart contracts so that they can communicate with the front end by using React.js, Next.js, and several other front-end frameworks, Providing guidance and instruction to the team’s developers who are working on the blockchain.
• Participate in the day-to-day design and implementation efforts of key subsystems for new features, upgrades, and revisions, When necessary, provide support for the enterprise platform and rapid hot fixes for any important problems that may arise.
• Blockchain technologies need to be researched, designed, built, and tested. Help think of uses for new tools and technologies as they keep getting better and better.
• Engineering estimates and project management needs. Write thorough technical documentation.
• Assess the offshore team’s programs and offer feedback to the Application Architect and other developers.
• Utilize cloud computing, micro-services, and integration standards for using blockchain. Build a full-stack blockchain system that includes protocols and asset types.

Skills:

• Worked on large-scale projects requiring knowledge of a wide range of Java EE technologies including XML, JSON, RESTful Web Services (REST), RESTful Web Services (REST), Restful Web Services (REST), and other Java EE-related concepts.
• A demonstrated grasp of SOA as well as the ability to design applications using this approach, Experience in Java programming for a minimum of seven years, preferably working on large-scale J2EE applications inside a BEA Weblogic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities functioning in a cross-functional team setting Working knowledge of the Agile technique
• A basic understanding of the security concerns that are inherent in blockchain development Object-oriented programming and corresponding frameworks and technologies.
• Computer science, information security, or related bachelor’s degree 2 years as a blockchain developer, Back-end, algorithms, and data structures expertise.
