Qualifications:

• Internal and external stakeholders will work together to ensure that all government obligations are met in a timely manner throughout the tax return submission and quarterly distribution process.
• Planning, supervising, and assisting team members as they record, classify, and control financial transactions.
• Meeting the demands of property management at all levels in terms of providing specialized reports, financial results interpretation, as well as possible issue areas,
• Examines and analyzes budget and financial data, as well as creates and generates financial plan adjustments and suggestions. Communicate and distribute information/results to internal management and the parent firm.
• Financing Department initiatives, like as new software and system rollouts, may be aided by thorough study, planning, and implementation..
• Establishes preventative maintenance requirements, service contracts, equipment inventories, and new equipment and technique evaluations.
• Prepares reports with profitability, ROI, cost, and comparative financial statistics to support findings and suggestions.
• Implements and maintains rigorous accounting controls to ensure compliance with internal and external rules and directives.
• In order to ensure that one is in compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations, it is essential to be up to speed on both the existing and upcoming legislation, as well as to foresee new legislation.
• Creates accounting systems for revenue recognition and expense accruals that are acceptable for the company’s asset management.

Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited four-year college program with a major in accounting or experience that is comparable, Experience in accounting or a related field for a minimum of five years, with at least one year spent in a supervisory role.
• Applicant must have 10 years of expertise in accounting, auditing and financial management as well as a proven understanding of accounting concepts and corporate taxes is necessary for applications.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics is necessary. Professional designation (e.g., CPA or CMA) is strongly recommended.
• Supports the job outcomes of the financial staff by coaching, advising, and punishing personnel, as well as by planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
• To be proactive, one must be able to address problems on their own without the constant monitoring of others. Always on the lookout for new challenges and opportunities, while also being open to and responsive to critical criticism.
