For our community, we have an immediate need for a seasoned Healthcare Administrator. A candidate with at least three years of experience will be preferred. They’ll also have a track record of high survey scores, long tenure, and a desire to deliver outstanding care and customer service to the residents. The Healthcare Administrator is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Center in compliance with applicable company, federal, state, and local regulations to guarantee that residents receive the best possible care and service.

Qualifications:

• Ascertain the development, deployment, and maintenance of the patient’s unique POC.
• Oversee the coordination of referrals to the agency from both within and outside the organization.
• Ensure that patients’ needs are evaluated on a regular basis.
• Assess the suitability of patient referrals for admission.
• Verify that the patient and partner assignments are accurate.
• Participate in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any required reports that follow.
• Collaborate with other essential partners within the organization to ensure the agency’s clinical and financial success.
• Examine the agency’s ability to meet the patients’ predicted clinical needs before approving the admission.
• Oversee all elements of patient care coordination.
• To achieve favourable recruitment and retention goals, clinical partners should be coached, monitored, and precepted.

Skills:

• This position requires prior experience in home health care.
• A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence in the state of practise.
• A nursing bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a certificate from an accredited/approved RN programme.
• As an RN, you must have two (2) years of recent experience.
• You must have a recent CPR certificate.
