  • Opens and routes incoming mail, answers letters, and prepares outgoing mail.
  • You are in responsibility of ensuring safety within the constraints of your profession by correctly using equipment and according to safety standards.
  • Uses some knowledge of the subject topic and discretion to accomplish assignments that involve several steps that vary in nature and order.
  • Creating annotated meeting rosters for SRO review and final SREA processing constitutes post-meeting support.
  • Pre-meeting assistance includes compiling and updating rosters.
  • Chooses among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions Interfaces with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files, provides end-user support, and performs general administrative duties.
  • Helps with a wide range of administrative tasks and keeps detailed records Checks the legitimacy of the paperwork that the consumers have submitted. Helps compile data and manages and makes adjustments to customer complaints.
  • Individuals in this role are tasked with encouraging a high level of teamwork and professionalism.
  • Editing and proofreading resume cover letters pertinent to nomination slate creation.
  • Transports a delivery truck to and from an auto repair shop for routine and emergency service.


  • It is necessary to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is necessary (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Knowledge of common office equipment, including computers, calculators, and other office machinery.
  • The capacity to function effectively within a group Applicants should be able to demonstrate a capacity for lifting up to fifty pounds.
  • Experience in Administrative position specifically in the areas of Research, Grant Management and Health Care is a plus
