Qualifications:

• Responsibilities include responding to residents’ requests for services, managing packages, and granting access to allowed visitors and vendors.
• Establish a link between residents and the maintenance crews to facilitate requests for regular or urgent work, and aid with the follow-up process once normal requests have been completed. In the event of an urgent need for maintenance, call the appropriate staff right away.
• As an Associate, you’ll be responsible for inspecting the community’s common areas and facilities.
• Safety in the workplace may be accomplished through preventing accidents, maintaining equipment, and developing safe corporate procedures.
• Providing residents with facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages, as well as processing and notifying them of their arrival To assist customers with the mailing of faxes and other documents such as letters, notes, and packages
• To guarantee that every one of your visitors, residents and fellow Associates receives an exceptional first impression, build strong relationships with your coworkers.
• Keeping a watch on security cameras, door alarms, life-safety systems, and building alarms to ensure the protection of people and property.
• Knowing what’s going on in the business helps consumers stay on top of new services and forthcoming events. Constant contact with data sources is established and maintained. Residency plans that include dining and recreational activities for residents
• The staff of the community center hosts a variety of social activities for its members, including movie and game evenings.
• Please extend a warm welcome to any of your coworkers, family members, suppliers, customers, and job hopefuls who may be in the area. Inform visitors of their intended destination based on their industry.

Skills:

• For this job, you need to have worked in the hospitality, administrative, or marketing businesses before.
• To be considered for this position, you must have previous customer service experience and be skilled in Microsoft Office.
