The Marketing Consultant conducts marketing performance assessments, responds to consultation requests, and collaborates closely with the Client Success Manager and B2C Marketing teams on a wide region of clients while upholding the Patch Values.

Qualifications:

• It’s important to keep in mind the clients’ advertising approach and business objectives, and then figure out how you can best help them reach those targets through strategic advertising.
• Completes extensive marketing reviews including but not limited to – direct mail, websites, magazine advertising, text messages, and digital/social assets.
• Actively seek out and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate the development of a working rapport between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management departments to bolster materials proactively and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Work as a consultant on a wide range of strategic endeavors, bringing your Association/Affinity expertise to bear on all manner of discussions.
• Conduct research, build marketing solutions, and include overall branding and creative to ensure the campaign execution meets client objectives.
• Develop your client base in line with your objectives by tracking down businesses that are growing, relocating, or adding staff.
• Meet with stakeholders on a frequent basis to discuss problems and brainstorm potential solutions.
• Produce marketing paperwork to help Product Delivery with requests for filing state advertisements.
• Accomplish or exceed projected financial goals for corporate endeavors, new company ventures, digital projects, and existing businesses. Create a strategy to facilitate the completion of the objectives.

Skills:

• a someone who, on their own initiative, makes an attempt to identify needs and develop viable solutions and suggestions. independence and the capacity to get things done with minimal oversight.
• Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite Competence in Word and Excel is expected.
• Experience in marketing or compliance for the financial services industry is a plus, and you’ve had at least three years’ worth of it.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle numerous tasks at once and stay on schedule.
• College degree with equivalent work experience in Marketing, Compliance or related field.
