Job Description

Customers’ end-to-end solutions are implemented by the Implementation Consultant, who collaborates with numerous product teams. There are several steps involved in this process, such as doing an analysis of the project’s needs and requirements, helping the client complete the necessary questionnaires or obtaining the necessary data or information, and working with other departments. The Implementation Consultant works as a subject matter expert for the product or service they are supporting in terms of implementation best practices. The Implementation Consultant plays a key role in ensuring that clients have a great experience by efficiently conveying issues to the right departments.

Qualifications:

  • Look for customers who aren’t using the service enough and help them get back into the habit.
  • Inform customers about the value they can get from client tools and consultations, such as enablement, communications, change management, and technical guidance.
  • WBSs and a comprehensive plan (i.e., milestones) are kept to guarantee that the project is completed on time and to specification.
  • Adapting Company Solutions to suit the individual needs of the Client is a crucial component of the implementation process in order to develop a solution that works well for each client, giving value and improving growth potential.
  • Before implementing new workflows, scripts, or solutions, test them. Provide project coordination for more complex account setups to assure success.
  • Each implementation project must be planned and regulated, notifying the customer of expected completion dates for each phase.
  • To keep everyone up-to-date, project stakeholders get weekly updates on the project’s successes, plans for the next week, and problems that need management and stakeholder attention.
  • This is the process of putting together software projects, which includes determining their scope, assigning resources, establishing timetables, and interacting with other parties.
  • The key tasks of this role include coordinating and supervising testing, recording and monitoring results, and quickly addressing problems.
  • A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal or external) advises on choices, risks, costs vs benefits, and influence on other business processes and system priorities.

Skills:

  • Five years of expertise in executing, onboarding, managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering partnerships, and managing change.
  • Although a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is preferred, it is not essential for this post.
  • In collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (both internal and external), proposes alternative technical or business solutions and gives advice about the potential benefits and risks as well as the effects on other business processes and systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring configuration accuracy based on business and technical requirements, which includes, but is not limited to, completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading Client User Testing, documenting and tracking test results, and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Accepts a large amount of responsibility for the completion of the project; demonstrates an effective ability to assist others in the completion of projects via the sharing of information; needs minimal supervision from a manager with a more senior position.
