  • Compiles statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables about things like cash receipts, expenses, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.
  • Contribute to the completion of payroll allocation entries, Assist in the creation of financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, Contribute to the production of the yearly financial statement and any other audits that are required by government agencies.
  • In order to meet the needs of independent auditors, internal colleagues, and external parties, prepare monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports. Perform monthly accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations, deposit summaries, and cash position updates.
  • Building and cultivating great customer connections by communicating with customers on a regular basis by phone, text, email, or video conferencing, Customer accounting software connectors must be set up.

  • a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, Two years of experience in customer service, with a focus on delighting clients at all costs an accounting degree and at least three years of experience
  • Bookkeeping and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles knowledge, Strong understanding of GAAP/accounting theory Understanding of Yardi Voyager or comparable property management software.
