Job Description

As a Customer Service Lead, your job is to offer great customer service by identifying and resolving customer inquiries. In addition, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist Customer Service Agents with their questions. The Customer Service Lead will assist with inbound customer calls on occasion, offering support in the areas of questions and complaints about our service. He or she must be able to listen to the demands of customers and deliver first-call resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Follow all attendance and work schedule rules.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls politely, promptly, and professionally.
  • Stay current on programme knowledge, systems, and processes by attending meetings and trainings and evaluating all new training materials.
  • Fixing flaws and organizing emails effectively will ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be handled.
  • All confidentiality and personal information regulations must be met.
  • Customer concerns must be forwarded to the appropriate internal or external parties.
  • Use your knowledge and training to provide precise answers to client concerns while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Extend and strengthen the information base that already exists.
  • Use the right systems/spreadsheets to accurately document and handle client claims.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail, are required.
  • The Microsoft Office Suite and tools must all be available.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or an area closely linked to it is desirable.
  • Must be a self-starter who can independently manoeuvre, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail or ecommerce-related fields and industries.
