As the Front Office Manager, you’ll ensure that our guests have an excellent experience with our firm from the moment they contact us until the moment they leave. This role serves as a benchmark against which our performance is measured.   • He uses his imaginative managerial skills to find novel approaches to problems. Maintains stable and pleasant guest relations by enforcing adherence to the hotel’s policies.


  • The ability to read and comprehend simple mathematical expressions is necessary for making sense of the numbers used in hotel management.
  • Follow the procedures for lifting and moving that are indicated in the relevant department’s orientation manual.
  • Possess the patience, tact, and diplomacy necessary to communicate with internal and external clients, some of whom may require these qualities in large measure in order to defuse anger, acquire accurate information, and resolve issues.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least one year of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skill in operating a sophisticated computer system, including accessing and accurately inputting data.
