Our Front Desk Receptionist will professionally welcome clients and guests and answer all incoming calls while reporting to the Office Manager. You must be familiar with, put into effect, and guarantee that corporate policies, procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations, are always followed in this capacity. Furthermore, you will make sure that no customer or business information is improperly disclosed to unapproved parties.

  • Take on additional administrative responsibilities, such as those assigned by managers to department and executive assistants.
  • Learn the steps to taking care of client issues from beginning to end.
  • Assists visitors with registration and badge assignment in accordance with Security protocols.
  • Whenever necessary, you should go to and take part in workshops, seminars, in-service training courses, and other such events.
  • When clients have questions or concerns that go beyond the scope of what may be addressed by the general information provided in response to their usual inquiries, they are directed to the corporate office manager.
  • keeps relevant materials including files, papers, directories, correspondence, and more in order. sets up container shredding and off-site storage. arranging for the servicing and repair of copiers.
  • Provides prompt, polite, and accurate call answering and transfer services for multiple departments within an organization via a multi-line telephone system. Uses a pleasant and businesslike demeanor in communicating via the office intercom.
  • Make sure visitors follow the regulations and turn away anyone who has been told they can’t come in.
  • Ensure that all working environment conditions and equipment meet company requirements for cleanliness, appropriate maintenance, and safety.
  • Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and room number, emergency phone members of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel, etc.


  • the capacity to prioritize a variety of tasks, prepare reports under tight deadlines.
  • experience and success in a front-desk role, receptionist role, or a similar role.
  • Multitasking and time management abilities, as well as the capacity to prioritize work, are required.
  • Proven expertise managing a busy schedule and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Capability to simultaneously manage many responsibilities, task-oriented tasks, and details.
