Job Description

We need a Brand Designer who can help us expand our presence and develop our brand by designing memorable, interesting, and meaningful interactions with our customers. You’ll be working under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Brand Design, with other creatives such as brand designers, copywriters, animators, and storytellers, to develop the company’s brand.

Qualifications:

• You will create compelling written evidence of the Company’s familiarity with the business, its principal competitors, its advantage strategy, and its future vision as seen through the lens of the brand.
• You will direct brand workshops and conduct interviews with key stakeholders to learn the motivations behind the company’s offerings.
• To ensure continuity and guide future branding choices, you will create comprehensive brand documentation.
• Work together with the product teams to absorb information, spot possibilities, and come up with ideas about how to make those ideas a reality.
• Maintaining regular design reviews and brainstorming meetings will facilitate communication and cooperation with the larger creative team.
• Inspire, construct, and maintain a culture of excellence by coaching designers and partners on best practices, the design process, and ideation.
• Collaborate with Design management and the Brand Design team to develop, expand, and maintain the brand’s visual design direction.
• Work together to support our customers with product managers, designers, researchers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners.
• Create the necessary artifacts (sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and design requirements) that will guide the product’s experience development.
• Determine the technical and creative constraints of a project and negotiate solutions with your team.

Skills:

• expert level inter-departmental communication skills with data analysts, marketers, and designers.
• Design and visuals that focus on the end user and provide meaningful experiences for those users.
• Editorial layout, marketing websites, and marketing campaigns are just a few examples of exciting and inspiring deliverables that you will have the privilege of owning.
• Experience designing brands for more than five years (think: digital first, fundamental human needs, complexity; for example: financial services, healthcare, real estate)
• a body of work that displays skill in design and the capacity to create memorable, enjoyable, and engaging user experiences.
